Enrich and export linkedIn contacts, what’s the point?

Enriching a list of contacts save you from going profile by profile on LinkedIn to retrieve the contact information displayed by Kaspr with the sales automation feature.

With Kaspr, you can automatically export Linkedin contacts and enrich them with emails and phone number.

How to export LinkedIn contacts ?

Filter your search on LinkedIn or SalesNavigator. Once the list of contacts is established, simply click on the Widget that will allow you to launch an automation.

Different scenarios are created beforehand on your space to facilitate your enrichment:

  • Enrichment
  • Enrichment with email pro
  • Enrichment with Phone
  • Enrichment with email and phone

  • Enrichment

This scenario will allow you to export and enrich a list of contacts without any particular indication. That is, no matter what information Kaspr finds, you want to retrieve the available contact information. The credit is spent if at least 1 information is found.

  • Enrichment with professional emails

This scenario will allow you to export and enrich a contact list when Kaspr finds at least the contact’s professional email. The credit is spent if at least 1 business email is found. Of course when you sepned a credit on a contact, Kaspr will provide you all the information you have regarding this contact.

  • Enrichment with phones

This scenario will allow you to export and enrich a contact list when Kaspr finds at least one phone number associated with the contact.  You use a credit if at least 1 phone number is found. You will also get the personal and professional emails of the contacts if they are available.

  • Enrichment with professional emails and phones

If you specifically are interested in getting professional emails and phone numbers, this scenario will fit best. Get the contacts information only if Kaspr finds at least one phone number AND a business email associated with the contact. The credit is spent if both of these are found. You will also get the personal emails if they are available. Note that an advanced search can be automatically used for better results.

 

The results

Once you have launched your automation, you can see the results directly on you Kaspr Dashboard and from there you can export them to your CRM or as an Excel or CSV file.

Aside from a list of contacts, you can also launch an automation from a LinkedIn post or from a LinkedIn group. You can launch an automation with enrichment and also send automatic LinkedIn invitations and messages.
