What does being value-led actually mean? 


For me, it's all about focusing on relevancy and personalization. Leaders are busy, they're receiving hundreds of messages a day and haven't considered buying a solution yet. 


Buyers need to focus on messaging that will cut through the noise and be relevant to specific pains they are feeling today.
