Since our creation, we have grown organically through the management of third party student accommodation schemes. Through this management, we can provide a tailored service to each and every site with no ‘one size fits all’ approach. Throughout our time managing student accommodation schemes, our mission has been to provide a bespoke accommodation management service, working in partnership with our Clients and Educational Establishments to meet their individual requirements and provide a service that provides both economic and social value to Clients. In 2018, CRM Students joined the Corestate Capital family, providing a strong platform for the expansion of our management brand into mainland Europe. With a fully integrated investment manager as our parent company, we can now offer our clients access to a wider breadth of investment and asset management opportunities. Corestate Capital acquired CRM with the aim of becoming Europe’s leading provider for micro-living and student accommodation. Corestate Capital are currently a leading provider of student accommodation in Germany, and our shared experience and resource allows us to acquire additional investment opportunities in thriving European cities.
