Our core business is to provide affordable, high quality homes, principally for rent, and invest in improving our customer lives. Incommunities has over 22,600 homes in West and South Yorkshire and is the largest social landlord in the Bradford District. The company was formed in 2003 following a stock transfer voted for by Council tenants. Since then we have invested over £450 million in modernising our stock and building much needed affordable homes. We are committed to investing in talented young people and run two award winning training schemes - a Graduate Employment Mentoring programme and construction apprenticeship programme – aimed at building exciting careers in housing. We have around 1000 employees and are committed to building sustainable communities
