Lomond Capital operates in the rapidly growing UK Private Rental Sector and has a business model that is focused on acquiring good quality regional asset managers, building these businesses via acquisition and then broadening the range of services to Private and Institutional Landlords based on the US Multi-family model. Lomond is led by Directors with a strong track record in developing businesses in rapidly changing markets and has access to significant capital from both Management and Institutional shareholders including MML and Investec. Lomond has acquired 36 businesses since November 2010 and now manages in excess of £2.5bn of assets. It currently has 365 members of staff across local businesses in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Manchester and Brighton and is planning further investments across the South of England and London.
