Tenzing is an independent private equity investor that seeks to invest in high growth businesses valued between £10m and £75m, backing management teams with which we have a shared vision. “A genuine blend of people who know what it’s like to run a business” We founded Tenzing to build the investment team that we would want investing alongside us. We are a team of driven and fair people with empathy, integrity and a balanced approach between being good investors, strong managers and practical operators. We believe in supporting, inspiring and investing alongside high energy, high performance management teams. Our ambition is to help them to achieve their own and their business’ potential. A core part of the support network that we provide is our Entrepreneurs Panel – six founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs, each of whom has scaled their own companies and is now running one of the UK’s fastest-growing, most well respected, international businesses. They each have a track record of working successfully with private equity and are also materially invested in our Fund, so they are highly motivated to share their learnings and expertise in order to help the next generation of entrepreneurial management teams.
