Formed four years ago, Abodus is led by a highly experienced executive team with a combined expertise of 85 years. Working in the sector since the late 1990's, the 360o management team has decades of experience from investment and portfolio management to asset development and on to adding value through operations and asset management. We have been directly responsible for around asset managed 18,000 beds and development of 11,400 beds in the UK and our Abodus portfolio is growing rapidly. Growing UK Portfolio Current Projects Abodus currently operates 2,286 beds across , Brighton, Bristol, Liverpool and Newcastle. Pipeline Asset Abodus is in the process of developing a 350-bed development in one of the England’s most prestigious University cities and acquiring a further 850 beds across two Scottish cities. Operations & Management Employ our bespoke operating platform on both a direct-let basis or through agreements/ nominations or leases with universities. Add value through working with universities and other higher education institutions around the country.
