Bespoke Bids was created by a group of Bid Management experts with the aim of addressing the lack of sound bid management knowledge and strategy within Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s). This effectively results in these enterprises failing to fulfil their bidding and sales potential and allows for competitors to win vital contracts. We have worked with various sized clients across multiple industries and tailor our solutions to each client’s specific needs, emphasising their Unique Selling Points which they may or may not already realise or know how to market effectively. We have a deep understanding of how bids are assessed by customers and use this to enable our clients to score the highest. All of our consultants are APMP bid management qualified with excellent win ratios and have at least five years of bid writing experience.
