About Mobile Care Monitoring from Person Centred Software  www.personcentredsoftware.com Person Centred Software is a family-run, UK-based tech company that is helping solve the UK’s elderly care challenge. Its app-based, icon-driven Mobile Care Monitoring system allows care home staff to digitally record the care of residents as it is given - saving every care worker an hour a day of paperwork and improving staff retention.  The company was founded by brothers Jonathan and Simon Papworth in 2013 and is based in Guildford, Surrey. It is the market leader in its sector, with around 1,500 care homes using its software and new homes coming on board at the rate of around 50 per month. Every day, Person Centred Software’s icon-driven app creates more than 2.4 million care notes; 94% of CQC inspected homes using Mobile Care Monitoring are rated as good or outstanding. A Relatives Gateway keeps relatives informed about the health and wellbeing of their loved one when they can’t be there.   In addition to its Mobile Care Monitoring software, the company is working on a number of wider projects to improve health and social care in the UK. These include: an NHS partnership to trial the electronic transfer of care home records to hospitals; and collaborations with three universities - University College London, Edinburgh and Glasgow - on research to scientifically evidence care outcomes.
